Shipping/Orders

Rates
Shipping charges for most orders is priced at $5.00 for all 50 states and US territories. This does not apply to the following:

1.     Non-US orders. (Please contact us for shipping charges for orders outside the United States and Territories.)

2.     Large or fragile items requiring custom packaging. (Items requiring extra postage will have that info clearly stated in the product description.)

3.     Certain special order items. (Charges for custom orders will be included in the quoted price and will in most cases be shipped USPS Priority Mail.)

Processing
Orders are shipped in most cases the same day of receipt when at all possible excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods
All orders ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation unless specified otherwise.
Orders placed outside the US will ship via USPS First Class or Airmail for orders under $50.00, orders with items totaling more than $50.00 ship via USPS Global Priority or Global Express.
Shipping upgrades are available for USPS Priority and Express

Access to Shipping Information
When your order is shipped, you will be notified by email; your tracking info will be included in the email.
You can also view the tracking info, order status and order history by signing into your account.
The tracking info can also be viewed at the PayPal website.

Returns/Exchanges
If your order is incorrect or missing items we will be responsible for any extra postage required to rectify the situation.
Only unopened items will be accepted for return or exchange.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
